My view on jewelry design is not based on a trend or a mundane approach.
I see it more as an expression in which I am able to achieve pieces that are the result of a multicultural experience.

I collect little objects, stones, and the like. Then I let these pieces talk to me. Through the years I took a liking for the essence of things rather than for its superficial beauty.
I dislike diamonds as I think they have become too ostentatious. I prefer the conceptual aspect of stones or other objects that have a deeper meaning, sometimes antiques. Visiting the Gallery may explain how I approach designs.

The old Japanese sculpture of a monk on the left has much more meaning to me than the nicest piece of glittering gold.
Yet I have made available to you different types of pearls as well as other stringed stones and hematite pearls. Just take a look at the menu.

I am not a jeweler, I am a designer who also designs jewelry as a cultural statement, and therefore aiming for art rather than for decorativeness.  I admire different jewelers, from Renée Lalique to Jim Kelso. They are all different, yet each of them carry a blend of East and West.

Today, when the world is bridging, I can only think of a tomorrow where there is only one nation, that of the living, with all its immense wealth of knowledge and artistry to be shared.
