1. The requested title on the Reverse side of the Medallion, AND ALL THE WORLD I EMBRACE WITHOUT FORCING by our biggest poet, CAMÕES, prompted me to think of the yellow ring as being a movable one, running on tiny spheres. This will enhance the PHRASE known to us all, Portuguese.

2. The Front or Anverse of the medallion shows the Institute's Logotype and a triangular embossed vector, like a needle, signifying that the Institute will follow the path of the Portuguese Humanism, as the vector is still, while the golden color ring will move under tiny spheres, emulating this Camonian Embrace of the world. 

3. The Reverse side shows the compass-card,  in different planes, corroborating Camõe's phrase. In its center there is a round spheric section which will make the Medallion to turn around itself when placed, like having a life of its own, in any direction that it pleases, emulating the movement of the Compass' Needle. Both sides complement each other in conveying the same message in different interactive ways.
