RICK YOUR OPINION IS OF
GREAT IMPORTANCE
I'm not at all satisfied with
Fred Lohman's polish on my Howard Clark 900 Layers. So I'm posting these
pictures for your scrutiny and opinion. I'd think the real outcome of the hamon
on a 900 L would be like the bottom picture and not just what is revealed here.
I appreciate your comments based on the first two photos as if the polish can be
improved significantly so that I take a decision in either shipping it to you or
not. Would really appreciate you letting me know if it can become closer to the
bottom one by Ted Tenold.

This is a naked eye view of the Howard Clark
900Layer Hamon.
Pretty unsatisfactory. considering it is forged folded, I suppose.
This is the same blade activity obtained through an enlarged scanning.
I see many imperfections in the polish.
This is what I would expect from a Forge Folded Howard Blade.
This one is from Bugei's and I assume its Ted Tenold's work.
