This is a rendition of a new plain black gloss lacquered saya with a new 14 inches tsuka in black samekawa panels and brown silk ito in a hinerimaki wrap. There are some particularities that I would like to explain.
- The Kurikata will be in silver  and should be placed at 5 inches from the saya mouth.
- Between the koiguchi and the saya, there should be a thin piece of silver, like a seppa which is visible next to the koiguchi as a grey line. It is just a little touch.
I'm very interested in the fan menuki as I think it could be a nice theme placed in front, omote side.
FUCHI-GASHIRA

The fuchi-gashira should be in silver as can be seen here and according to this simple design with a groove.

Here the illustration shows a silver habaki with a circular hole similar to the one you have in your price list. I like it very much. The habaki will make a full shape connection with the tsuba and seppa.
Then the main characteristic of this mounting is the seppa and tsuba:

Through this diagram I would want to explain how will the seppa work. I took a regular seppa and took the 42 mm height and rotated it and it created a circular shape. So the idea is to have a 42 mm diameter circular seppa in nickel silver sheet cut out with the same thickness of a regular seppa. Then the tsuba would be a blackened round mild steel 5 mm thick, creating just almost a rim and a very small tsuba.
In the overall aspect the sword will be all mounted in silver fittings, seppa while having black samekawa panels and a 14 inches tsuka with brown silk ito. The connection of the round seppa with the habaki would continue the silver harmony with the small black tsuba marking the connection with the black samekawa.

SAYA-KOIGUCHI RENDITION

This rendition of the saya and koiguchi shows a silver line, 2 mm thick, that separates the horn koiguchi from the saya.
It is a decorative detail touch of a cut piece inserted like a seppa in the saya's wood lining to the koiguchi before the koiguchi. It should all be glued for finishing.
